2022年新加坡“必比登推介”（Bib Gourmand）名单于7月5日公布，共有67家餐馆和小贩食摊入选位于市区的厦门街熟食中心（Amoy Street Food Centre）有最多小贩入榜。其中位于市区的厦门节熟食中心有4家小贩成功入榜获得推荐并且已成功蝉联6年，是新加坡最多必比登的熟食中心哦！而这家美食云集的熟食中心还有什么样的美食呢？今天带你去看看！

超好面的“新加坡拉面”，与其说像肉挫面，其实更贴近本地化版本的日式拉面。叉烧片经过36小时真空烹调入口即化，云吞馅料充足饱满，搭配自制参峇辣椒酱和虾米别有一番风味。

这家店的咖喱卜全是手工现场制作，每日约500粒，售完为止。现场一共售卖3种口味——咖喱鸡、沙丁鱼、芋头。他们家的奶油外皮与一般咖喱卜不同，是黄金酥脆的千层油皮，吃起来口感清爽，搭配热腾腾腌制许久的咖喱鸡，即便打包回家仍然可口。
