成立1979年,由创始人传至儿媳手里多年,店里砂煲饭的品质始终如一。软嫩鸡块,Q 软的腊肠,加上咸鱼粒,吃下去立马感觉香味在嘴里爆开来。价格S$5-20不等,丰俭随人,等候时间,呵呵,半小时起等。

香江砂煲在居住于裕廊西的伙伴眼里,一定是小坡炒鸡好吃砂煲饭的代表。高品质的黑酱油,腌的味道十足的鸡肉,S$10和 S$15两种选择,S$15有猪肝肠和腊肠的混合,腊肠里的肥肉部分在烧煮时已经浸到米饭中,每一口都香到骨头里,配上底层的焦脆米壳,从口感到味道都让你忘记等待30分钟的痛。

鸡肉用麻油,酱清,花生油,胡椒和姜腌制五小时,配上大米和腊肠在炭火上烧,S$15一份的价格绝对可以跟新鸿运相媲美,排队时间稍短,真真是值得一试的上等品质。
